The Workout WitchReviews of theworkoutwitch.com

Absolutly life changing. My work income depends on it how released I feel. And result of those somatic exercises are truly seen on me.So the more released i feel the higher income comes to me.Im truly grateful for this opportunity. To add as child I was extremely traumatized by both parents. For years I have done mostly therapies over mind. But the real lifechanger is to work more with the body.I wish I knew 13 years ago.

I appreciate the video and verbal instructions!

I feel like I am getting relief and release in my body, even by doing these exercises once a day. I am also learning lifelong habits that I can turn to whenever I need a supported reminder. I love the program!

Liz'courses are special and so transformative. I have found out somatics thanks to my business coach suggestion and, integrated to all the other work on myself, it's a super useful tool. I have started releasing and healing my nervous system and upper part, due to some tough events in my life. Now I'm working on overcoming my exhaustion and with the new 2026's program. Thanks to Liz and all the team! Keep going!

I had considered purchasing this for a while and I’m so glad I finally did… On most days I’ve been at an 8/10 on my pain level (7+ years of remote work and sitting) but I feel things starting to release in my hips and back already, and I feel like I already am making progress! Excited for all 90 days and how much better I will feel when I complete the program!

I like the way the movements are slow and precise.Thankyou

Very good course, day 8 and i already feeling calmer, more concentrate and relieved. I highly recommaned !

Really enjoying this practice. I feel like I am yawning through most of it which I understand is a good sign! I love the calming tone of the videos, it leaves me feeling at peace and relaxed. Excited for the rest of the course!
