Steer clear of this predatory scammer's teacher training and courses
The Workout Witch is a fraud in no way skilled to teach students how to become teachers. She has simply not done the "healing" work herself as was apparent on the very first live zoom class - which only happened months later because I requested it and others demanded it. She's afraid to confront challenges head on, she deflects, she blames her incompetent staff for her poor communication. etc. She thought she was going to just get by dropping premade and outdated videos into Thinkific with NO training materials (lots of reading books and busy work to bulk up the program) which I and others brought to her attention early on: *The program was advertised as a 2–6 month certification with mentorship, live support, and a 99% success rate. We were her first round of students - how can she claim a 99% success rate when she hadn't offered this previously? It lacked core components that were clearly stated as deliverables on the sales page. At the time I was kicked out of the program only 3 people had graduated and they already had somatic experience). No applications where put in place to vet any of us, students were from all over the world, many didn't even speak English and their requests of time zone changes for live classes and translations were ignored. *No complete training manual from the start (only 10 pages were uploaded over 7 months and again, thanks to my feedback early on) many of us had hoped to be completed by 7 months but it was impossible to keep going without a training manual. *No transcripts, glossary, or adequate teaching materials (we were told her attorney advised against it.) *No live mentorship from the Liz whatsoever *Minimal, generalized responses to support inquiries (which often took over a week to respond to by her staff) finally after going back and forth with her team she writes back to me in Feb stating "it was nice to meet me"?? I'd been the most outspoken up until that point and she's just now stating it's nice to meet me? *A Facebook group that ballooned to over 145 people without moderation or structure, new students mixed in with older ones (when we were sold this program we were given to notion that this first cohort would close once the program began - that was a also a lie) Despite my multiple written requests for a refund this past February—the company delayed, redirected, and attempted to push the resolution to phone calls (which I respectfully declined due to prior boundary-setting and lack of transparency). I provided the team clear documentation outlining the gaps between what was promised and what was delivered. Due to the immense pressure to get on the phone with Liz, I finally did; which was over a 40 minute call with her stating she would have her team "scan online" to see if I posted any negative reviews and then she would send a lengthy contract (all written in her favor) which showed up via docusign and was quickly retracted the next day for each of us. Manic behavior. At no point was the program brought into alignment with its marketing claims. What makes this situation even more troubling is that after I continued to follow up, The Workout Witch refused to refund me unless myself and all the others who agreed to remove any potential public review—an unethical and possibly unlawful action in violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act. As stated, to this date I’d yet to post anything negative about her company online (that changed today). The very next day they rescinded the offer for myself and all the others and began shifting their terms. Finally, and most critically, I was informed that my refund was denied by my CC because Liz claimed that I "completed the program 100%". This is completely false. While there is a mechanism within the program to track student completion, she manipulated the data and lied. There were no final assessments, no certification issued, and no completed curriculum to complete in the first place. This claim is inaccurate and appears to be a fabricated reason to avoid issuing a valid refund. Since this time Liz has blocked me on all social media channels, locked me out of all training and groups (what so-called healed teacher does something like this?) Liz makes the bulk of her money being a TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook "influencer" and as soon as I began my quest for somatic teacher training courses in 2024 I started getting her predatory ads which are not based in true somatic teachings. She doesn't care about her students nor does she care about her their overall success. As soon as our class began posting negative reviews, she had an email go out to her list begging for positive reviews to offset the negative ones. You will see lots of unsatisfactory reviews along with several positive and a huge gap in between because they are not at all authentic. RUN FAST!
