My experience with this somatic movement teacher training has been truly transformitive. The program offered was easy to follow and understand and I so appreciated that it was so easy to get help and support along the way. It was indepth, and I liked that we sent in videos so we could be marked on our teaching so i felt confident in my skills and understanding of the materia. It was really helpful to be able to be able to be paired with an accountability partner if you wanted and I really appreciated that there was weekly office hours to ask for help. All of this really added to creating a supportive environment for learning. What stood out most was the emphasis on embodiment rather than simply learning techniques and the modules about building your business. I feel excited to start working with clients thanks to this course and I would recommend it to anyone looking to learn about somatic movement.

Not complicated, no crazy goal settings, clear instructions, calm and short sessions that fit in to any schedule, consistency in the exercises. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she has a lot of experience. Highly recommend.

Liz is such a wonderful teacher. Her voice is calming and soothing, and I instantly feel more relaxed as soon as I begin another session. The guidance she provides is practical, meaningful, and easy to apply in everyday life. I’m doing the course for the third time now, and I can wholeheartedly say it has helped support my mental wellbeing and guided me back toward a more stable, grounded path when I’ve needed it most. The course is well thought out, easy to follow and highly enjoyable. The pacing is supportive, and nothing feels overwhelming or performative. It’s easy to return to when needed, especially on high-stress days. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone dealing with chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, or simply wanting a more embodied, grounded way of supporting their wellbeing. It’s been a meaningful addition to my self-care tools.

These somatic workouts are wonderful and Liz talks you through each step. Easy to fit into my morning routine and I feel the energy shift and release after completing. Pairs well with yoga, meditation for a relaxing experience.
