I am really enjoying the course and can feel my body changing. Personally would like to have different videos for each day, even if it's the same exercises. Some of it has been really useful and I can feel it deeply relaxing so I am grateful for that and pleased to be on the journey.

hi, the course is great: instructions make sense, pace is gentle, instructor quite lovely. i would appreciate it, if breathing cues were more consistent. <3 but really good course, although i've just completed day 7.
