It’s the First 8 days so it feels good happy to see how it will develop

So far so good. I'm sticking with it. No noticeable changes in body, but feel like I'm sleeping better. Haven't felt a "release" yet but it's still early. Whole experience is comfortably easy, trying to do it all in the "laziest way possible" has been the hardest part, a good way.

I love the easy movements and low effort! It is so calming for my nervous system. I have “the release stress and trauma course” and “free your shoulders and neck”.Ive never had the emotionel release like everyone else are talking about , BUT when I feel drained or overstimulated I always go back to the movements from release stress and it is a lifesaver for me! I get a little more energy back every I do them

I m so angry and tired permanently. I m trying to rest more than usual and to give my body some time and space

I like the exercises really, I feel lighter both psychologically and physically… still wait to feel same shaking or crying when relieving my past trauma
