This was a horrible experience. I tried many times but I failed. Each time was more hard and frustrating, and I originally bought the woobles to calm down and be more relaxed when mad, but it just made my anger issues way worse. I would not recommend this, because of the price and the skill level has to be extremely hard. Now it wasn’t just hard for me. My friends couldn’t do it without making look like a blob of yarn and the same went for my family. I would not ever recommend because of difficulty and the tutorials not explaining a lot of things. We bought Felix, and the package said it had a pre started piece, but we had to make it from scratch because we did not get one. So I sort of got scammed/ disappointed.

I'm shocked there's not a good rating for this company. I've been buying from them for about a year and a half. Around the holidays they always have a bit of shipping delays, but vast majority are shipped within a week. Their customer service is great too. The couple times the order was wrong it was fixed immediately with no issues. Most bad comments I've read are unfortunately people with poor reading comprehension. In (Literally) Over 300 kits I haven't had one non-intermediate kit be missing the starter piece. There's also multiple scam sites so I think a couple of those people went there instead of the real site. This is a fabulous way to learn to crochet, and if the pricepoint is higher than you want that still doesn't make it a bad business. You going to give Birken 1 star? Stop.

After I had placed the order it said it was “ready to ship” but for weeks it still hasn’t been shipped. I had emailed them and someone finally responded a few days later telling me it will be shipped soon. A week later it said it was on route to be delivered. On day of I get a notification that it is being sent back to sender. I’m cutting my losses and getting my money back. This is ridiculous.

Best learn to crochet kit! I learn to chrochet within a day I have made about 2 woobles and 1 accessory right now. I got a couple from christmas from my mother. Very expensive but totally worth it.

Instructions tutorial QR codes don’t work

Got two sets .. on the back of the packet it says it has a pre started peice ..both of them did not .. then i checked the tutorails..it shows how to make the magic ring but doesnt tell you how many stiches go into it so how am i supposed to make it if you dont tell me how? Do they think im psychic?! I checked the next video .. still didnt tell me ..i checked online to see if there where any patterns or other tutorials ..there wasnt .. overall im very unimpressed with this company.. WOOBLES are a scam site . Please dont buy from them !

Very expensive, instructions made no sense.For example they tell you to put the hook into a hole in the big knot which was nowhere to be found. Do not blow your budget on this.

Poor customer service. Delays with no notice, when I couldhave found a different gift for recipient. No one to sepak with or take accountability.
