I love the product and the step by step instructions. Their custom service sucks. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days. I've emailed, texted and tried to chat. If you order from them you better hope you don't need any assistance.

Received an order confirmation but no tracking link or shipping confirmation despite their website stating: How do I track my order? Once your package is on its way, look out for an email with the subject "We're wooblin' on your order" that includes your tracking number. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don't see this email in your inbox. Didn't receive any of this, nor did I receive a proper receipt, just a confirmation of order. Not having any tracking information, after 2 weeks I had to jump through their chatbot hoops to check on my order status at which point they provided tracking information, so that did work. Package had been delivered, but to a safe place, so hadn't looked for it! Located now, so happy to have it but as it's a gift can't comment on the product / experience itself.

To be fair, I've only done the Cinnamoroll one. But there was a misprint on the yarn lable, and the magic circle came completely undone after I messed, up even though the overview video promised there was a knot to stop that :/. Cute though.

I got my first woobles crochet kit for Fred the dinosaur. While going through the directions they never use the animal i was making. This made it confusing when i had to connect the tail onto it because my piece was significantly different than the piece they were showing. The directions aren’t the best. It’s extremely frustrating, and it shouldn’t be for a beginners kit. They are also way too expensive for it to be this confusing. This kit says it takes 3-8 hours to complete. I’ve been working on it for months.

Just a heads up…. My card was declined when I tried to purchase the Harry Potter bundle… on further investigation it looks like it was a mirror website that (thankfully) my bank had already flagged as fraudulent. Just be sure you are purchasing from the correct company.

It looks easy and cute. I've tried several times, pulled the yarn out of sheer frustration, tried to do the tutorials (probably going on twenty+ times), had a 30-minute tutorial, and still can't get past the second step. This product is not for people who cannot spatially configure things. I learned how to ski and skateboard quicker than learning how to crochet. IKEA furniture may be easier to assemble. It's great that others had an easy time but this product is not for everyone. Just warning you.
