Bought it for a plane “instructions inside” - nope - a video that I couldn’t get so tuck it away. later at home, I started the videos and started; fun! But busy me set it down for a nice quiet project later. Tucked in a bag I grabbed it for a camping trip I could use my phone for the videos. No password (the little tag must have fallen out of the bag) - no video - required order number? Having the instructions behind a password wall must have cost their customers so much joy - I wonder who they are trying to protect themselves from? Now I have a bag of yarn bits. Even if a friend helps me practice crochet, I don’t know how to make the snoopy I was looking forward to.

They need to redo the instructions, and put it on paper. For an activity that requires both hands, it's ridiculous to have to click through 3,257 videos that are 5 seconds long each. The volumes for every video varies greatly, so you have to constantly change the volume on top of clicking through a million videos.

There are no written directions. Why not include written with video info????????

I got walter the bear for Easter and it didn't meet my expectations. First of all the tan and black yarn were tangled. But when I started watching the videos for it the instructions were unclear and complicated. It doesn't show them actually doing the stitch, the person explaining it was not explaining it good enough for a beginner to understand. I don't recommend this if you are an absolute beginner, it's a waste of money you can go to the store and buy a entire kit for under 30$ and just look on YouTube for a tutorial.

My friend purchased the kit for me because I really wanted the Bluey crochet hook. The hook is so short I couldn't use it. There is no pattern in the kit. After paying a ridiculous amount I'm expected to sign up for an account in order to get the pattern that you can't actually download. They don't need my information, that transaction should have been over at the cash register. Do NOT recommend, will not purchase anymore. I will warn my friends.

There wasnt a pre started piece, the yarn was torn up and also I didnt get stitch markers. I dont reccommend buying this kit.

The woobles is a great, in theory experience. I have autism, adhd, and dyslexia. I am an outlier. However I trust advertising. Their platform said their items were ptestarted in photos paired with the item sold. Wrong. They were never prestarted. This may feel small to some but for me with disabilities the false advertising has affected me greatly. I contacted them and after a few d changes they just stopped responding
