Received an order confirmation but no tracking link or shipping confirmation despite their website stating: How do I track my order? Once your package is on its way, look out for an email with the subject "We're wooblin' on your order" that includes your tracking number. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don't see this email in your inbox. Didn't receive any of this, nor did I receive a proper receipt, just a confirmation of order. Not having any tracking information, after 2 weeks I had to jump through their chatbot hoops to check on my order status at which point they provided tracking information, so that did work. Package had been delivered, but to a safe place, so hadn't looked for it! Located now, so happy to have it but as it's a gift can't comment on the product / experience itself.

Surprised at all the negative reviews! My experience with the Woobles has been great. I am totally new to crocheting and think the videos and instructions are very clear. I have purchased several kits and received them in a timely manner (yes, they use US postal service, so delivery is going to be a little bit slower). I had a problem with a code not working for the videos, reached out and received a helpful reply on the same day. I think their patterns are really cute and fun to make. If you want to learn to crochet, I highly recommend the Woobles!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, hasn’t arrived, I’ve asked they cancel it as apparently when I checked there was stock issues and they are processing it now…it’s coming from the us to the uk which was not clear. No one kept me updated about delays . They say they can’t cancel it as it is being processed (yet it’s not shipped) and it’s very expensive in the first place which led me to think it would be better service.

Woobles is great! I’ve bought over 40 kits from them since December when I started crocheting. All of them have been enjoyable and high quality. Their videos made it really easy to learn stitches and the downloadable patterns are great for when you’re off WiFi. The crochet kits are so fun and the things you make are great gifts for friends and family. I’ve got through weeks of bed rest, using the kits to pass the time. Their customer service people are great and, in my experience, get back to you within the day. Ella, the employee I was put in contact with, even responded on a Sunday and fixed an issue with my order’s shipping date that was entirely my fault. 10/10! I 100% hundred percent recommend them to everyone.

The woobles kits come with easy to follow videos for beginners. The yarn they use is way better than some of the other kits you can buy, like Red Heart. The Red Heart yarn is constantly unraveling.

I considered buying one of these the first time I saw an ad for them, but found they were out of my price range and i already know how to crochet. No big deal. But then, I continued to get ads. Ad, after ad, after ad. Every other ad was the woobles. I started blocking the ads, but then another of the SAME AD would appear, just under a different name. I would block it too. Can you guess what still happens? MORE WOOBLES ADS! I CAN'T GET RID OF THEM! It's been two whole months since I looked at one ad for them, and ever since they're all I see. Even if I had the money, the amount of ads has convinced me to never buy this, and to tell everyone I know not to buy it.

Man, who did the woobles piss off to garner so many negative reviews? I never thought I would be interested in crocheting, but someone gifted my 11 year old daughter a kit and she really took to it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I've since done four more (my poor starter Wooble, Luna the Bat, looks so rickety now, but she will always have a place in my heart) and every kit has arrived promptly, with everything expected and the video instructions are very easy to follow. I guess if you start with an add-on kit, it might be a little confusing, since they assume you already know the stitches and have no starter piece, but all the beginner kits come with everything.

Some of these reviews are baffling. No false advertising, they are not difficult to make, they are pricey, but everything is nowadays unless you buy cheaply made products. Our family has enjoyed these immensely. I suggest buying one, give it a try, if you do not like it then do not buy them again. You will not have to sell your home because you bought a Wooble.
