I am full of regret for reselling my cell phone to them. I was scammed and ripped off. I’m a busy professional and don’t have time to post on an app like Next Door and do a sale transaction in person. I opted for selling online for the convenience of it. They quoted me $100 for a $1,000 apple phone (which was already too low) that was in mint condition and less than a year and a half old that was mostly used by an elderly relative after I upgraded. According them it had flaws such as scratches on the screen which is impossible because it was handled with care by an adult - not a teenager. They lowered their offer to $35 based on phony issues. I’m about to cry right now because I know they lied. I feel taken advantage of and violated. Beware and DO NOT USE.

They promised me $470 for my brand new in box Galaxy S22. When I sent it to them, they told me it was factory locked with unpaid bills (a lie), wrong model (a lie), and they offered me $152 for it. After a lot of bad noise and arguing, they increased their offer to $330. Ridiculous. I told them to return the phone to me. Most of the 5-star reviews on Google are fake. You can easily tell, because they are people with American sounding names who make obvious and ignorant grammatical mistakes that real Americans do not make. These people don't even answer their phone, and the phone number provided is a google voice account, not a real business line. Very sketchy. Don't waste your time with this company, their word is worth nothing.
