The Whiz is a highly deceptive and predatory company with a documented history of fraud. Numerous reviews expose their recurring scam tactics. I experienced this firsthand. If you have been manipulated by this company or quoted a much higher price than you recieved please share in the reviews. I will have my team reach out soon to everyone here regarding a possible class action lawsuit.. I don't believe anyone recieves the amount that is promised to them and the fact that so many people's phones seem to become defective or damaged during "shipping" is criminal. They initially offered $480 for my S23 Ultra, which was in great condition, merely labeling it as "good" instead of "like new." After a prolonged wait, they revised their offer to just $200, falsely claiming the screen was damaged and discolored—a blatant lie, as the screen was near flawless. Furthermore, they deceitfully invented a story about potential damage during shipping due to the screen being "left on." In reality, the battery was dead when shipped and the wallpaper was dark. If there really is damage it was damaged under their care.. These practices highlight their systematic attempt to exploit customers. I strongly recommend using alternative platforms like eBay to avoid falling victim to their scam. Like many others on here with a brand new phone they will lower the offer after finding issues that never existed when you had the phone... They'll say it happened during shipping when the phone turned on and burnt the screen. 😂. So your only option is to take a super low offer or your phone back after they broke it.

I would never sell to this company again. Sent a phone in and of course they “found more issues than described”. Offered me $40 instead of $70 which was already low. Always someone trying to line their pockets. Of course the battery was at 73% life! It’s a used phone! Now you’ll replace the battery and make a 300% profit. You’re welcome. That’s the ONLY one you’ll be getting from me. I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy. Have a great day

I sent two great condition phones( no scratches/dents) and got quote for $120. They claim some bunk battery issue and issue check for HALF of original quote and get 60 bucks. Claim battery charge was an issue when it was never an issue during use. Like we all know we have to charge our phones daily. Impossible to argue. They have my phones. Not worth the headache of fighting for 60 dolla. I would imagine them using this sketchy tactic often tho. Would def not recommend these guys. I would look elsewhere. Take care.

They refuse to send back my phone claiming it’s on a lost stolen list claiming they have to keep the phone absolutely unbelievable I want my phone back

Recieved a reduced offer by $100 because my cell phone battery capacity was at 80%. Overall I think it's misleading because I would think most phones that are 3 years old like my phone would have a 80% battery capacity.

waiting for phone to be returned phone number not working??? that is kind of scary hopefully i can get an tracking number and pray it is insured just let you know smart phone plus gave me 110 for the phone and responded promptly with option to insure the phone

They stole my phone. The claim they take phones with a bad esn but they said they would have to return it to the carrier.

I sold them my OnePlus 9 pro, they quoted $140 which was a better price than anyone else. The accepted the phone and emailed me to say the order was complete and payment made to PayPal, couple days later I confirmed money was in paypal, all great so far, then a few days later I get an email from PayPal informing me that Whiz Cells has cancelled the payment! I sent several emails and use their "contact us" link on their site to find out why they cancelled and how to get payment and they have not responded to any of the emails or site contacts Order # 165722
