There was no need to shop around going from store to store hunting for the best price. Providing the details online and mailing it in for free was easy enough to do without much effort at all. The one area I'd love to see improved is the device condition grading process. A more detailed checklist of specific conditions would go a long way — for example, distinguishing between minor surface scratches and deeper ones, noting whether the device powers on, whether there are dead pixels on the screen, and other relevant details. I'd also love the ability to submit photos of all sides of the device ahead of mailing it in to receive a preliminary evaluation. This would not only help sellers set accurate expectations upfront, but could also improve efficiency and reduce costs for the company by avoiding shipping expenses for customers who ultimately decide not to sell.
