I made the mistake of sending my phone here. My phone was in great condition and was quoted 148 before and after they had it $59. I should of sold it on order up. I do not recommend this place. After looking at reviews they have pulled this on a lot of people.

Hi Fred, I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy with our service. Your phone was not in great condition. It was quite poor. The phone had image burn in the LCD, scratches on the camera, screen and back. We understand that sometimes buyers and sellers do not agree on pricing. That is why we pay for the shipping to us and the shipping back to you if you disagree. You agreed with the new offer and we paid you out immediately. All buyback companies have reviews like yours. We are very proud of our of overall customer satisfaction. Most every review site is at least 4 stars average, with most being closer to 4.5. Again, I am sorry you are unhappy. The option for us to send it back to you at our expense was on the table but you did not opt for that.

I had the same problem as other reviewers state below. They quote you a good price, and then reduce the price of the phone significantly, by flat out lying, after they receive your phone. Never again.

Do not recommend. I sent a near immaculate phone in and stated condition as good as there was a tiny scratch on the side of the case the phone. The company have come back with a hugely reduced offer stating ‘heavy screen scratching and new screen required’ which is utter rubbish - the screen was unmarked. I’ve read too many horror stories on here of people rejecting offer and getting a smashed up phone back so I’ve reluctantly accepted the reduced offer as I suspect many people and up doing. Devious and dishonest company - avoid!

We requested information to know who this is and no response. We do not know if this is someone that has done business with us at all. Our reviews are by and large very positive. This review is utter rubbish. If your offer changes and you disagree we offer to return the device at our expense.

Hi Luis, I am sorry you feel this way. But we received your device on Monday February 10th and paid you the same day. We explained to you that your phone has a long, deep scratch on the screen and there a dings on the frame. You accepted the new offer and were immediately paid. If you disagreed we offer to send your device back to you at our expense.

I recently placed an order to sell my Galaxy Fold 5 after receiving a quote that deemed the phone to be in good condition. However, after sending it in, I received an email from their representative claiming that my phone had a dead pixel and light scuffs on the body. I suspected they were trying to lowball me, as they offered less than half of the original quoted price. I politely refused and requested the phone be returned. When I received the phone back about three days later, the screen was completely damaged. I contacted the representative, who absurdly claimed that the damage was due to the supposed dead pixel. I have never heard such a ridiculous excuse to cheat someone. The representative also suggested I file a claim for the $100 shipping insurance, implying the phone might have been damaged during transit. I am not one to quickly bash a company, but I strongly advise against ever using this company. I share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to this fraudulent business.

Received defective phone via Amazon. After repeated attempts for refund Amazon stepped in to refund my money. It shouldnt have to be like this. This company sells defective goods and keeps the money.

This is not how Amazon works. If we were at fault we would have to refund you and we would. We have requested to know who the customer is to resolve their issue. They did not reply. This may be a competitor and not a real customer.

I sold my tablet (Galaxy S7+) and was offered $120. It was in perfect condition and the SPen working. However, when The Whiz Cells recevied it, surprisingly, the SPen was no longer working. As a result, they changed their offer to $60.

Hi Diane, You did sell a Tab S7, not the plus model. I am not sure what else to say than the blue tooth on the Spen does not work. That is what the offer changed as you pointed out. I am sorry that you are upset with us but we wished it worked as well. We do offer an option for us to mail back your device at our expense. Thank you for giving us a try.
