I checked out several companies to sell my IPhone 11 Pro Max, and got a fair deal with The Whiz Cells. I highly recommend using them. I had a couple questions I asked in the process, and got a prompt reply. I used their USPS shipping label to ship my phone, they got it a couple days later and the next day they had inspected my phone and sent email that my payment was ready, and I was paid that day.

1) very easy 2) they offered me the most money for my cracked screen device by $40 3) they paid me just like they said they would

I am very happy with the whole process. I received a free shipping, prepaid envelope. Within just a few days, I received an email with my offer. Within an hour of accepting the offer, I had the funds direct deposited to my checking account.

Very fast turn around, great communication. Good offer and Bryan was excellent. Most all complaints I read from other customers, were customer errors. This is definitely an A+ company. Hope to do business again at some point!

The exchange process was very easy. Also, I did a lot of research and found that the price given to me for my phone was at the top of all other offers. I will definitely use The Whiz Cells again!
