Quick and easy, had my payment the same day the phone was received. A+++

I had an excellent experience selling my old cell phone to this company! The customer service was extraordinary. I encountered an issue with getting paid through my original chosen method, which was completely on my end, but they responded immediately and went out of their way to ensure I still got paid about an hour later. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. Special shoutout and thanks to Bryan who went above and beyond! The process was incredibly easy, though it did take some time due to shipping, which is understandable and nearly universal. A little bit of patience earned me an extra $500 compared to the same day option. Despite the slight delay, I was happy with how everything was handled and felt confident throughout the entire process. It was a relief not having to meet up with someone in person, as I had a bad experience the last time I tried to sell a phone this way—the buyer ended up stealing it. Not having to worry about something like that happening again was well worth it, even if I might have gotten slightly less money compared to a face-to-face sale. The shipping process was as easy as shipping anything can be, and it was free! I simply printed the provided label, packed the phone securely, and dropped it off at the post office. It took about five days in the mail, but I received my payment the very same day it arrived. They will send you a box and label to ship your device back to them, if needed. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. This company is legit, professional, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their old devices with peace of mind and a nice payday.

easy to deal with writes back right away thanks

Great company and honest too! I sold them a phone which they said was still locked to ATT so the cut the offer in half. After reaching out with the unlock code i used to unlock the phone they verified that it was unlocked and sent the remaining original offer to my PayPal account. Great to work with and prompt payment.

These guys are awesome I got my money the same day they got my phone and offered me now then originally offered thanks so much
