They were quick on sending me my money. Sent me a pre paid postage. I like the different options on how you want to get paid. After searching a lot of places, this was the one that came out with the most payout. The only thing negative I have to say is they said there were scratches on the screen and took off $80. I know i had a screen protector on there and that phone did not have scratches on it. I take great care of my phones.

They were very prompt and attentive. However, they said I had a "deep" scratch on my phone, which I never saw. There is no way to discuss, just accept or or turn down new much lower offer

The Whiz Cells sent the link to the e gift cards in timely manner. However, they didn't tell me that money would be deducted from the value of the gift card. I expected to get $20 that they quoted-not forty cents less! Maybe they should get them from another company that doesn't charge a fee for receiving e gift cards.
