Scratches on screen brought offer down way too much. If they took $30 off I would have been ok with it but they took off too much. I should have sold elsewhere.

We requested information to know who this person is. However, they did not respond. We could have given specifics to their transaction. We offer free returns. If you disagree with our assessment, we will send the device back at our expense.

Seems legit they are super picky about the condition and Stated my phone was locked when it was not because they couldn't make a test call? However the screen was darkened on the bottom quarter and i was using the phone prior to sending it to them. So they were a little dishonest in the review I believe in an effort to pay less. However I did accept the order and get paid.

Only gave money for one of two phones

Both phones were paid. This was explained in the email. The S22 we paid the full amount. The S21 you listed as excellent condition 256gb. We received a 128gb in poor condition. It has noticeable scratches on the screen and the frame has dings/dents. That is why there was a change in the amount of that phone.
