A little issue with my order being sent out, I hadn’t heard anything for a while so I emailed the company. Somebody got back to me right away but then I didn’t hear anything after that. Gave it a day and contacted again. The order was finally being shipped out as I was told when they reposted.
The holster belt Bag is of a nice material but it doesn’t get tight enough and doesn’t go for smaller waistlines/thighs any tighter. So it’s a bit loose, hoping I have a friend that can make it smaller.

Beware! BBB gives them an “F” rating
I should have read reviews before I ordered. It’s been over a month and I have not received my corset. I’ve sent an email asking when it was going to be shipped and Morticia answered she would look into it & I never heard back. I emailed again weeks later asking to cancel and get a refund and for a cryptic answer about the manufacturer dropping shipment and offering me a replacement and a$20 credit. Asked for a refund and a day later told me that this would be forwarded to a supervisor. Then I checked their BBB rating and they have an “F” rating for not refunds being denied and shipments not being delivered.

HI, very sorry to hear about your poor experience! Please know that our corsets have traditionally been made-to-order, and typically take this long to receive, but they are worth the wait! Please also know that we recently made our largest production order of corsets ever and have just received the first shipment, so we're happy to say that wait times on our Violet Vixen steel-boned corsets will now be SIGNIFICANTLY cut down. Again we're very sorry for your wait, but wait times are in the item description and we are doing everything possible to mitigate this wait time for our corset loving vixens. You will receive your order soon we promise!
Also again on corsets, there are no refunds but we DO offer store credit good for everything in our store. The reason is that we offer more sizing options than any other company. If you order a corset in a custom size and then we start production on it, and then 2 weeks later you don't want it anymore, we have already spent the money to get the corset custom made for you, so we can't refund you and then be stuck with a corset in a special size that we already paid for. We would go out of business, but again, we have begun Stocking full size compliments of our most popular corsets and we're hoping this greatly cuts down on this time issue for our customers. Please remember, we are not Amazon and our products are not held in large supply anywhere in the world, but with the support and understanding of the alt fashion community, we will continue to grow stock quantities and serve the demand for these unique items more effectively! We hope you will give us another shot in the near future. Look out for 3-5 day shipping on many corset styles coming very soon!

Good product, terrible customer service
The product is what I wanted, but the customer service is awful. I emailed repeatedly and got no answer, no anticipated shipping date, had to dispute via PayPal to get my item shipped. Would not order from them again.
