High quality product and great customer service!

I ordered a corset for my wife. The wrong size came so I returned it. It took a while but I finally got credit. I immediately ordered the correct size. That was about two months ago and I don't think I'm ever going to get the corset that I ordered. Customer service has stopped responding to me and I guess you guys probably just ripped me off. I even told them they could send me anything else that was the right size 26 or an American size 8 but they haven't even done that. Thanks guys

I've ordered from The Violet Vixen twice. The first time I recieved both items, although the shipping was a little slow. My most recent order the shipping time took twice as long and I never recieved one of my items. The customer service is nonexistent to slow at best. I returned my two items, but won't be getting my money back because I cannot access my account and they haven't responded to my email for help. I'm out $100 and I have nothing to show for it. Very disappointed!

I was very happy with the shoes I ordered they’re beautiful and both fit me perfectly, however, the zipper isn’t zipping up on both of my Demonia shoes unfortunately 😞 I’m upset about it, I’ve tried emailing violet vixen about it for 2 days and still haven’t heard back from them about the issue yet. I hope I get a response soon. Otherwise, everything went well. I had both pairs of shoes shipped and was happy with them initially until I tried the 2nd pair on and the zipper won’t go up in and out of the shoes. Obviously a manufacturer’s defect. I’ve tried using Vaseline and still doesn’t help 😭

Ordered something on 2/3, tracking now shows it destined to arrive 2/18. It didn't even ship out until 2/12, so now my wife's birthday gift will be late. Fifteen days seems pretty excessive, especially if it was over a week to get it shipped out. So far I'm disappointed in the level of service.

Item is awesome and over the top. I gave five stars because you can't not love these things but be advised they are for small hands. They do have some stretch to them but the hole for the thumb is small. I'm keeping mine, I'll make a modification so I can actually use them.

Horrible! The app is showing a package as delivered almost two weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived. The vendor acknowledges that the package still hasn’t shipped??? Don’t seem to be able track packages from one order that are shipped from multiple locations.

Prompt shipping, great product!
