Took a long time to get my package. Love the products but wish they made the boob area bigger for us bigger chested people

Waiting almost two months and no product. Waiting flor paypal to hopefully return my money.

Package arrived almost 2 months after purchase. I contacted customer service one month after purchase and received no response. I ordered a coat for a special occasion and it arrived 5 weeks after that event.

It took a long time for the product to get here, (but I guess I understand that given the current situation), but the product also seems to be frayed in a few places. Usually I like to give 5 stars but I have to be honest with feedback!

You guys, what the heck? I’m surprised you’re asking me for a review because I’m OBVIOUSLY going to have nothing but bad things to say... 1. I ordered this stuff over a month ago, and it’s STILL not here. 2. When I emailed costumer service I got a reply many days later, sometimes no reply at all. It was infuriating! 3. When I finally asked for a refund, all of a sudden I hear “we just shipped it. Can’t refund”. Really?! A month has passed and I get nothing until the second I ask for my money back?! Suspicious. Anyway, I would love to rate the product but I honestly can’t because I DONT HAVE IT YET!

It took three months for my order to get to me. Unfortunately, I messaged, emailed, called and tried to get any information on what took so long for my order and the few replies I received towards the end of the three months blamed the virus pandemic being the reason for the delay, which doesn't make sense since the panic wasn't there when I ordered. After all the hassle I went through for wanting the boots I ordered for a special event and of course missing it, the boots did not fit. Sizing was inaccurate and the packaging was very poor, box itself was torn from impact? Not sure but throughout the entire hassle it's a shame the boots didn't even fit me. Very disappointed as I spent $100+ for them and I'm sure there's no way I can return them since it's been three months since I purchased them.

Thank you for the quick shipping and the ongoing communication in regards to my package. I love my ruined sweater and this will be a staple in my wardrobe. I am actually thinking of getting another one to keep in wasteland costume bin!
