I'm sorry to say you get 0 stars as I never received my corsets after 3 months of waiting

This is by far the worst retail company I’ve ever ordered from in my life. Let it be known that before Covid, I ordered from this company on two different occasions and both times it took months for them to get me my items basically what they are is they go around ordering items from companies listed on their website without having items in stock they’re literally just a middleman that mark up the prices that you could literally just go to that companies website and buy it from them know they take items listed on their website act like it’s theirs then when you place your order they contact the company and if it’s in stock they will order it and have it shipped to them and then ship it to you so it’s double the processing time. I think if they can’t afford to stock things in a warehouse like normal companies do then they shouldn’t be in business. Now forward to my current order, which I ordered in the summer time I received like three months later all of my items except for one and now we’re talking almost 5 months later and I still haven’t received the item I email them it takes weeks for them to respond and they always have an excuse I will be taking it up with PayPal this is ridiculous that these people are still in business I don’t understand how they still are people stupid enough to buy from them

Kept sending me emails demanding a review even after I had unsubscribed and was told no more emails would come. Instant one star.

I ordered This at the end of May. The website said 2 weeks. It has been 5 months

I had a very hard time getting a refund for an item I ordered in February. I understand covid screwed a lot up so I was patient. Months and months later I decided to call the store. I was immediately issued a refund and given a $20 credit which was amazing and appreciated. I ordered two sets of pasties with that. I still have not received them. I emailed and got no response. I love Violet Vixens products so much but, sadly, will not be ordering from them again. I wish them nothing but the best.

I have had several items from the Violet Vixen, and never had any quibbles with the quality of the goods or the service

Ordered the Pentagram purse, and absolutely love it, better than I imagined. Big purse and well constructed. And received it fast too. Very pleased with my purchase.
