Dead Silence Their website says 20-25 days for processing. I ordered what I believed to be an off-the-rack item and yet 37 business days later it is still listed in processing mode. I sent an email at 27 business days and nobody responded. I tried to use their chat feature, nobody is there. I've sent a new email requesting the status. Now that I've seen that many people are experiencing what I am experiencing, I will likely cancel my order and never do business with them again. I will inform my friends not to shop here since they aren't in the business of shipping products they appear to be selling. Very disappointing.

First off, when I purchased the necklace I wanted, it didn't say out of stock. Customer service refused to answer any of my emails. I was finally told the item was our of stock but they're getting more soon. So I waited. And waited. And still nothing. Finally got an answer once I contacted BBB. I finally got the necklace and it's broken and I barely touched it and it turned my hands black. DO NOT ORDER.

The item is great; however, the shipping was ridiculously slow, and the item was on sale long before I received it. I bought it full price. The item itself is perfect.

Unfortunately, due to Covid, my order was delayed. I ordered it in June, but did not receive it until September. Things would have been much better had VV kept communication open, however several of my emails went unanswered. When I finally got a response, it was shipped right away. Kinda made me feel that they “forgot” my order. With that said, both the price and quality were great.

Great customer service, quality products, will be buying from them again!

Horrifically slow (ordered mid May and arrived early September), vague unhelpful customer service that couldn't tell me if my corset was even started, and product didn't ship until I threatened legal recourse to obtain a refund. I will never do business with this page again and will strongly urge others to avoid them as well.

I asked them to cancel my order when it still hadn't shipped after a month. They agreed to, but then shopped it afterwards anyway and charged me. I coordinated with them to send it back for a refund and they NEVER refunded me even though it was their mistake!
