It is ridiculous how long it takes the receive orders. This is my second order, and it took 3.5 months to receive it. The first order took over 2 months.

Your customer service stinks. I had ordered this july 14 and needed by aug 22 ( for my wedding) . Was told it wouldn't be here by then as it would not be shipped until at least the the same week . Well It did not ship out until Oct 23 . A WHOLE 2 MONTHS AFTER I needed it . So , Yea not happy .

I have never purchased something from the Violet Vixen that quality wise, failed the impress, and the most recent purchase is no exception. I am very happy and satisfied with the dress I bought. But the shipping times, and the communication/followup is lacking and frustrating. Even before COVID, you could expect it to take a good 3 months to receive anything, and getting status updates was a crapshoot. Not much has changed as of late. It's unfortunate - I'd buy from the company _much_ more frequently than I do, if they could just fix the issue with customer service response and shipping speeds. I'm not sure why it's still a problem, because it's become an almost-infamous issue for them for years now.

Very unhappy with the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE from Violet Vixen. Phone calls went to a voice mail the was always full, Facebook Messenger and emails also ignored.

The corset is amazing. The only issue is that I don't have the hips to put in it and that is probably my mistake for ordering the wrong corset.

Would be 5-star if it didn't take four months to get to me, but what can you do in the middle of a pandemic other than wait. Customer Service was patient and helpful with my inquiries. The product itself is STELLAR. I have never felt sturdier and/or hotter.

Exactly what was advertised is what I got. Shipping took longer than expected, but I guess the pandemic could be to blame. Overall, good purchase.

I placed an order back in May and only received part of my order. No big deal, as I was given store credit for the items they didn't have. So then I placed another order in June. Only received part of my items again. I keep getting told that they will talk to the warehouse and send my stuff... I'm still waiting for my stuff 4 months later. COVID shouldn't be an excuse at this point since I have had ordered plenty of stuff the past few months from all over the world and received it in a timely manner.
