I love Vermont country store and have ordered from them before with no issues however this time I ordered a king size navy blue seersucker comforter. it was not cheap I believe I paid about $130 for it. I was happy with it when it showed up but the first time I took it off the bed to wash it I realize there was a huge flaw in it. running down only one side of the comforter about 2 ft in from one side was a seam with a half inch overlap sticking out where they had obviously piece together two separate pieces to make my King comforter. if there had been a matching seam on the other side I would think that was just the way it was manufactured but there is not. it's just a super cheaply made comforter. it really upset me because I loved this comforter so much when I got it that I had saved the information in my phone to reorder it when it wore out. I am waiting for Vermont country store to make it right. we will see

Placed an order and after checking out noticed I ordered the Wrong color. Called them not more than 5 minutes after I placed the order to try to change the color and they said it couldn't be done.

Never purchased from them- clothes looked nice in catalog. When they came I realized they were something I could have gotten at Walmart for half the price. Nothing special in the least. No future purchases for me.

VCS USED TO carry high-quality-products that mirrored their exuberant prices. While their prices are now much higher, the quality of items is much lower. Ordered a simple bedspread for about $300 in cream color. It arrived promptly but color was jet-black. I can get 'imported' (code for made-in-china) items of same quality for 1/3 the price on ebay.

Gee your hair smells terrific shampoo and conditioner is not a legitimate product! I use to buy it all the time so I was so happy to see it available! When I Finally recieved it after many delays, due to an incorrect address, which I called and spoke with a woman to make sure was correct I recieved a bogus product that smelt like hand soap with a slight amonia smell! Gross! I called to get a refund and spent far too long on hold with Chris, only to be jerked around!

I ordered a rug and at check out was told the item would arrive in one week. A week later a representative called me to confirm my order, this conversation took over 20 minutes. Then a week later the rug finally shipped out. The rug has still not arrived.
