I've ordered from this store with no problems. Ordered 2 rocking chairs 8/20 and they were in process for 11 days. Inquired twice during this time period as why the it takes that long to process. Received notice 10/31 item shipped. I had received an initial tracking number that never worked and received a completely different tracking that also is worthless. Still have no clue when the hell the chairs are going to show up, if ever.

Problem is with the store greeters. Aggressive, scripted, fly at you when you walk in the front door, asking a lot of questions. Very strange, never encountered anything like it.

I told rep I wanted FREE shipping at start of conversersation, after I ordered SF candy(2 boxes) told me total was $90 some, ask why, he had included shipping. I told him free shipping & he said I have other people waiting on the line, very RUDE, you need to improve your customer service big time, in catalog you act like you care about us, just like everybody else all about profit. Don't know if I"ll order from you again. Give me job answering phone, you won't have any complaints.

I like the quality of the products that I have purchased. The problem is that they use FedEx as their shipper. Was to receive an item (a gift) on a Wednesday now it will be another week and perhaps longer because FedEx keeps delaying delivery. Companies need to stop using FedEx as that is a primary reason for dissatisfaction.

As other users have noted, the customer service and return policy for this store is absolutely horrible! I purchased a three pack of ladies briefs for $29 and change. I was charged 7.95 for shipping. OK, fine. I needed to return these items and I sent them from the post office, NOT using their label which they said would be another $7.95. I thought I could ship it cheaper. As it happens, I could not. Imagine my surprise when I received my refund information and saw that they had deducted 7.95 yet again from the refund. I wrote to them and explained that I did not use their shipping label, I paid for it myself. They will not take this additional 7.95 off without my shipping receipt. I threw away the receipt when I received acknowledgment that the item had reached them. So my final numbers are these: initial purchase = $40.70. Refund amount = $23.80. I am furious.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! They unethical practice when it comes to certain customers. I ordered a Orton Brothers Barn Coat Order #608027. The coat is a Valentines gift for my husband. The transaction went through as expected BUT THE ORDER WAS PLACED ON HOLD. When I followed up, I was informed that I had ordered and returned a similar coat OVER A YEAR AGO. When I explained my order, rather then RELEASING THE ORDER, I was told that the information would be given to E. Patrick. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Obviously, customer service does not like my name as WHY WOULD SOMEONE THAT MADE A PURCHASE OVER A YEAR AGO and returned the item within the return period be required to justify their purchase? I feel personally discriminated against! The explanation given is that they wanted to prevent fraud! Really?? So someone makes a purchase more then a year ago of a similar item should be so scrutinized!! And the order is still NOT RELEASED - DAYS LATER! I was given a barn coat as a gift for XMAS and will be returning it if still within the return window. And GUESS WHAT - I DON'T CARE IF I AM ON THEIR "NAUGHTY LIST - 2 YEARS FROM NOW! AS I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING MORE FROM THEM. LLBEAN, ORVIS, HUCKLEBERRY HERE I COME!

I ordered 2 of the egg timers; neither of them worked. They have very few products made in the USA last I knew less than a dozen; most are imported.

These products are STALE leftovers from w h o knows how many years ago.
