I joined VSA last year and I was very skeptical. My coach was a English man named Tom. He was great, but family priorities took him out of VSA. I felt a little lost, but my new coach Tiana handled the transition beautifully. She accepted my honest feelings about being "abandoned" by one coach and being unsure with a new coach. She helped me get my bearings again in the program. I am in the maintenance phase of my journey and I believe Coach Tiana is the best for me. She has great insight on my journey. She validates my fears and feelings, but then explains in a way I can understand that I will be okay if I just trust the process. And you know what she is right. I appreciate my new coach just as much as my old coach. I know Tiana is on my side walking with me in this journey. I am thankful to have her as a coach.

I was in the midst of looking for help with expanding or growing my plant-based lifestyle. The biggest area for me was that of the diet, as I am not a person who likes to be in the kitchen nor do I enjoy cooking shows. I came across VSA by chance, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed at that time. Having someone lay out a meal plan with recipes as well as having a coach (thank you, Arman!) for accountability and to discuss various aspects of the plant-based lifestyle was very helpful. Additionally, another great benefit was that of the community itself on the app, which allows you to interact with others on the same path across the country. Although I did not continue with the longer program, I did benefit greatly from the initial program, which lasted approximately four months. In that time, I reduced my LDL by 40 points, and my A1c moved out of the pre-diabetic range to normal. In addition to this, I lost approximately 6 to 8 pounds of visceral fat. Those gains alone were worth joining the program.

Overall, the program is well-thought out, informative and very supportive. Sarah A was my coach and she is fabulous (11 out of 10)--very helpful and encouraging while being truthful and direct (which I asked her to be). She was a cheerleader at times and at others, helped pick me off the ground. For me, she made the program and I owe any success I have to her. Thank you!

I started working with VSA in July of 2025. In November I went into the Momentum phase for 1 year. This is exactly the coaching program I was searching for. I have been working with Coach Marc since the beginning. He is so knowledgeable and always helps me out with whatever questions I have for him. I appreciate the fact that Coach Marc holds me accountable. He cheers me on and is very encouraging. We not only have weekly one-on-one coaching calls, he also checks in with me throughout the week to see how things are going and if I need anything. I can also reach out to him at any time and he responds back quickly. Nutrition is a major factor in the process, and I have been learning so much. I know now to trust the process because it does work. I'm regaining my health and I am feeling stronger and more confident every day. This program in not about quick fixes it's all about sustainability. What I have been learning will last my entire life. Anyone looking forward to getting their health back and building muscle this is the place to be. There is so much information that is available here and the whole community backs you.

A community full of vegans interested in healthy eating and lifestyle. Judgmental free zone, very respectful communication. A platform where you can get immense knowledge and regularly interact with coaches and members in various groups. Your coach will guide you and try to find an answer to every question you have. It’s really worth your investment because your coach is really interested in your well-being.

My experience with the Vegan Superhero Academy was great from start to finish. I was an omnivore before joining this program and feel like Vegan Gym gave me great tools on how to meal prep while Vegan. My coach, Lukasz Rafacz, was super positive and upbeat my whole way through. 5/5 this is a great program for those looking to make positive life changes.

VSA is an absolutely incredible program that has truly changed my life. I joined this program a little over a year ago and was instantly welcomed into the community by my coach Arman. He was a perfect match and never once did I ever feel judged for my experience or fitness level. If I ever had a question I knew that Arman would get back to me as soon as possible with as many resources as he had on hand. My lifestyle & energy improved, my nutrition knowledge skyrocketed, and I felt embraced by a community that truly is top tier. Once I went to their yearly retreat the experience only got better. Every coach was excited to meet me and I was able to meet both owners Leif & Anders who welcomed me with open arms.
