Working with VSA has helped me tremendously. They paired me with an amazing coach Sawyer and he helped me get into a better routine and more than anything boosted my confidence. I went into the program a little lost and not knowing what I needed. I wanted to be skinny and fit searching every quick fix...I stumbled across this program and it did more than I thought could be possible. It changed my mindset ❤️ I am now more powerful and more happy than I have ever been and I continue to grow after the program. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with these amazing people. I was able to come off all my anxiety/depression medication in a 3 month span and now I am losing weight, gaining muscle and loving life again. These people really care about their clients hands down! I wish I found them years ago💪❤️✌️

8/19/21 - I stumbled upon The Vegan Gym through an ad on social media. What was appealing to me in reaching out was the fact that they were an academy (equipping you with skills and knowledge for sustainable results) and not a program where I had to be on "products" for life to lose weight and keep it off. I've had so many other options to fail that I was leery in reaching out, but I did. Fast forward, I set up my initial consultation call and it was with Jake. I received reminder texts and emails for the appointment. I asked for his social media handles to see if I could connect with him and I did so I was looking forward to the call. We literally just ended the call and I just had to stop to leave a review (which is something I never do). Jake didn't make me feel judged and he wasn't salsey. He made me feel like a real person who was more than capable of reaching my fitness goals with the proper fitness and nutrition knowledge. He had this sweet and genuine way to encourage me...told me I was destined for more. We talked, laughed, and cried. It was an absolute amazing call. I signed up for the program and am eager to get started. If the rest of my time in the program is anything like my consultation call with Jake - I will be a new woman by the end of the year. Jake - may God bless everything you touch and every word that you speak. THANK YOU!

I came into this program hoping to learn how to manipulate my diet to build muscle and shred fat. I have been listening to the podcasts for months, but wasn’t sure where to start. My coach Julia was amazing at really catering to my specific needs and making adjustments as I went along. I learned so much and definitely feel like I have the tools to be successful moving forward! Julia was extremely organized, communicated well, and was very clear about expectations and instructions. Julia and VSA makes it so easy to remove barriers and to learn to succeed in the gym, but also in life!

Five stars all the way! Coach Sawyer is the coolest, most genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, funny guy! So thankful for the experience. I learned a lot and made a lot of progress towards my goals all thanks to these vegan superheroes!

Passionate, goal driven program with amazing coaches that go above and beyond. If you work it it will work, with Vegan superhero academy you will overachieve. I totally recommend it. Coach Swayer is an amazing coach and person.

I just finished a three month stint with VSA and I’m so so happy I did. I wanted a physical change but along with that I was also mentally transformed! Coach Emma helped me so much with my food issues, from food guilt to overeating to body fixations, and gave me the tools I needed to continue my fitness journey in a healthy sustainable way. I lost weight and inches and gained muscle and strength, but most important to me was that I gained a new outlook on life- I have shown myself that I can self motivate in a positive manner and that I don’t need to be mean or negative or cruel to myself in order to see progress. I went vegan for the animals, so I realized I also needed to extend that compassion to myself! Now, I will continue to use what I have learned and fuel my body with nutritious food, lift heavy, and treat myself with kindness and respect. I want to be an example to others, and I’m so excited to continue my journey. I can’t thank Emma and VSA enough!!
