All I can say is TRUST THE PROCESS! I have tried so many diets and different workouts to gain muscle and lose weight and have never had results. I’ve always lost a little weight but never seen results with muscle gain. From the beginning they were open about everything and cared more about changing your life for the long term than getting the quick results to get your money! Alison is a beast when it comes to being a coach. She is not only down to earth and real about everything, but she opened up about being just like the rest of us and even showed pictures to prove it. I am where I am today because of her and Leif and Anders. The greatest part of the VSA is the community! This is family! They are all there for you, to support you and inspire you. You easily gain lifelong friends within this community. That is something I never expected. I went from an XL shirt to a Medium shirt. I reached the 160’s within 90 days. This far exceeded my expectations. If your looking for a lifelong change. VSA is the Change!

I was searching for vegan pages on Instagram and came across The Vegan Gym, hit "follow' and didn't think much of it. I started seeing photos of Leif and Anders come across my feed and it planted a seed that vegans CAN reach any fitness/health goal they want. I've been vegan for years and exercising with a non-vegan coach. My nutrition was all over the place and I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. So I took the leap and signed up for the Vegan Superhero Academy. Words can't begin to describe how grateful I am for this program! I'm not a bodybuilder, and don't want to be, but that's the beauty of this program; it's completely customized for ME! And the best part? Coach Laura taught me how to work with my body instead of against it! My relationship with food has changed completely and I'm eating MORE than I was before. And of course, with all of that come the results! That lower belly pooch that I could never get rid of no matter how much cardio I did? GONE! You guys, it's GONE! And I don't spend hours a day working out because who has time for that? The amazing Coach Laura created an effective exercise and meal program that fit into my life! She was by my side every step of the way, answered all of my questions, reminded me to be kind to myself when I was struggling and truly changed my life. I will never be able to thank VSA and Coach Laura enough. She is a godsend! In fact, all of the coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable. After 90 days, I look better, I feel better, and I know better. The knowledge I've gained is invaluable and since the program is sustainable, I know I can continue with it for the rest of my life!

I came across the vegan gym through looking for a podcast based on vegan fitness. After listening to a dozen I decided to check out the website where I got access to so much free content. After reading through all the information I decided to set up a call as I wanted to learn how to hit my fitness goals whilst working/travelling with my job. Anders was amazing on the first two calls and I have never had anyone be so confident to tell me what I wanted was achievable through their coaching. After my onboarding I was put under the wings of Coach Laura who has just been the best asset to my whole journey. The knowledge she has and has taught me has helped me achieve goals and feel more confident about eating the right nutrition and helped me become an athlete that I wanted. Having a coach who personalises the workout to your needs is something that I couldn't be more grateful for. I have the knowledge to workout in the gym, home and hotels rooms with the right equipment and plan. The VSA was far more than I imagined coach Leif's scientific knowledge and goal setting mentally has just made me have so much more self respect towards my body and my mind. It's the best investment I have ever spent on myself.......VSA is awesome.

Coach Laura DeGroot, the VSA program and the wonderful vegan superheros in the community they have built are all absolutely amazing! VSA gives you all the tools you could possibly need to meet any goal you strive for! They provide personalization, education, motivation, a network and accountability. I came across The Vegan Gym on social media and decided to check it out. After the first face to face meeting with Anders, I was all in on the program. Prior to that, I was in a runt by being inconsistent with my diet and workout regimen. Coach Alison was my mentor and she helped me every step of the way. She was phenomenal with sharing her knowledge and answering all my questions. Because of that I learned how to eat vegan and to stay consistent because consistency is really key. I lost 16 pounds in 3 months and will continue to shred fat. The Vegan Gym is the best investment that you could make for yourself financially, mentally and spiritually.

I have been great at procrastinating getting back in shape and I happened to see Anders and Laif on Chef AJ's You Tube show and looked into The Vegan Gym. It turned out to be a wonderful idea. My coach Alison was Awesome! She assured me and responded to my every question and need. The Vegan Gym is for anyone and everyone. Did I mention I am 68 and hadn't exercised in at least 10 years. I lost lots of inches and feel 20 years younger!

After listening to Leif and Anders podcast for a couple of years I decided to join the VSA. I had followed one size fits all meal plans before and was under eating which led me to binge eating. VSA is the best thing that ever happened to me, it’s so much more than fitness. My amazing coach has helped me so much. She’s helped me build a healthy relationship with food and changed my mindset in general. Every single person in VSA is amazing, they are all such kind, uplifting, positive people. It’s a great community to be a part of.

I found the VSA through there podcast and Im currently going through it. Anders and Leif are very genuine and truly want to help people. Luckil they recognized that I like powerlifting and barbell movements so they assigned me to Coach Laura DeGroot. She is the most knowledgeable coach I ever worked with, after lifting for 20+ years I thought I knew a lot but i keep learning with Laura and VSA. So far I have lost over 30 pounds of fat and have gained muscle. I highly recommend the VSA.
