The Vegan Superhero AcademyReviews of thevegangym.com

My coaches that I've had the pleasure of working with have been phenomenal! From never working with a trainer before, to having incredible support throughout my whole journey is unforgettable! VSA has given so much support, from every avenue you can imagine, throughout this journey! I'll be forever grateful!

I loved my four months in 2025 with VSA, which I found through an endorsement from Dr. Michael Gregor. At the beginning, I had started menopause and had lost a ton of weight and muscle. I felt fragile and weak, and I was fairly certain that I could not turn my situation around for the better. I worked with Coach Daniel, who practices what he preaches. At the beginning of my contract, I set 3 goals. Throughout the contract, I watched my body respond in wonderful ways. I wish I could have continued, but it is damn expensive. I asked VSA leadership to post their prices more transparently. Their lack of transparency gave me an initial impression that VSA was a shady business, but I trusted Dr. Gregor a ton. I communicated with several VSA members, and our payments were very consistent. I just wish that people with less money could access such amazing guidance for their health.

The universe (and the always-listening algorithms) brought The Vegan Superhero Academy to my attention and I'm forever grateful for the experience! I'd already embraced the vegan lifestyle and exercised regularly before joining VSA, but I wasn't seeing the results of my efforts, and I needed information and guidance. VSA promised individualized programming, meal plans, access to education, and personalized one-on-one coaching. It delivered on every single front -- especially the coaching. I had a long conversation with my success coach, Steve, who took the time to ask me what I was looking for in one-on-one coaching. Wanting to test VSA's "completely personalized" claim, I told him exactly what I wished for and gave him an extensive list of requirements. He told me I had described Coach Daniel Louwrens and that we would be a perfect match. He was absolutely correct! Coach Daniel met me exactly where I was and gave me the tools I needed to finally see success. He listened to my goals and gave me a path to achieve them. When I had nutrition or training questions, he gave me real answers backed by scientific studies. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, Coach Daniel genuinely cares about guiding people through the VSA program. He walks the walk and talks the talk of a dedicated vegan athlete. Working with Daniel has taught me how to show up for myself so that I can show up in other areas of my life. It's not just about eating vegetables and going to the gym. I'm very proud of the physical transformation I've achieved with the VSA program, but I'm even more proud of the mindset shift that I've experienced working with Daniel. He has truly been a gift to my wellness journey and my life in general. Can't put a price on that! In the coming months, I'll be "graduating" from VSA. The lessons I've learned will stick with me forever. The Vegan Superhero Academy is the real deal! I'm so grateful that I said YES to investing in myself.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Coach Daniel Louwrens through the VSA. Coach Daniel is a superb fitness coach, with an encyclopedic knowledge of exercise and functions of the human body. Also, he is an inspiring example to his fitness clients, walking the walk and sharing his experiences along the way. Most importantly, Daniel is an gifted personal coach. He is insightful and authoritative, while keeping his clients on track to pursue their goals, all the while acting as their greatest cheerleader. Compassion, expertise, insight and heart are all rolled into Coach Daniel's formidable frame. I am so grateful to know Daniel, and feel incredibly lucky to have him in my corner during my fitness journey. 5,000 stars!!!

I’ve done more ‘weight loss programs’ than I’d care to admit and this program is completely unique. There is real science behind their fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Their approach is on the full person not just a calorie deficit and exercise program. The dedication to mindset change (and thus better overall commitment and results) has blown me away. Thank you for your expertise coach Daniel and the vegan gym!!

Nathan does a great job! He checks on me regularly and is very responsive. He is a great coach!

There is constant support. There is so much information available it is amazing. I don't like spending a lot of time on the computer so I do not access everything they have available. But my coach is always there to answer my questions and direct my to things that i will benefit from. The personal support is wonderful.

A fantastic company that cares about each and everyone’s well-being. Going from vegetarian to vegan was a little scary for me and I wanted to do it the right way. They were so helpful and thoughtful and kind answering my questions, encouraging and I couldn’t say enough good things. My coach Tiana was the best fit for me! She could’ve relate to a lot of my concerns and answered all of my questions as well as giving great advice when I needed it. Hands-down, I would recommend Tiana and the Vegan Superhero academy to everyone!
