Still waiting for my order
I ordered this game in November as Christmas gifts for all our families. It was expected Nov. 27, in plenty of time to ship to all families for Christmas. It did not arrive. Dec. 5, they told me it was lost in transit and a new order would be filled. With quick delivery, I might get it wrapped and sent off to families in Kansas, Idaho, and Louisiana in time for Christmas. If I had the games today, I might get the gifts off for Christmas. In an email today, "Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry you haven’t received an update on your order yet. The delay occurred because the game in your order went out of stock, and we needed to wait so everything could ship together. Your order will ship today and is expected to arrive before Christmas. You will receive the tracking details once it has shipped. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for bearing with us." Sounds like it is time to have the credit card company try to get my money back I'm almost in tears to not have gifts for the family

Hi Deborah, We're sorry for the disappointment this caused. We know these weren't just games; they were Christmas gifts for your family, and we completely understand how upsetting it must have been to worry about not having them in time. After reviewing your order, we found that the original shipment was unfortunately lost in transit. As soon as we confirmed that, our team arranged for a replacement to be sent so you wouldn't be left without your order. We know the delay and the mixed updates along the way only added to your frustration, and we're truly sorry for that. We understand why you considered contacting your credit card company, and we don't blame you for feeling that way. Our goal was always to get your gifts to you as quickly as possible once we knew the original package had been lost. We sincerely apologize for letting you down during such an important time of year, and we truly appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue. Best, The Uzzle Team
