Excellent personal service in these trying times!

The Uzzle game is great but what really stands out is their customer service. Unfortunately, Canadian Customs delayed delivery for 5 wks, which Customer Service kept me updated. The games arrived in time for Xmas, but the package was damaged even with the excellent packing tubes. I sent pics & Customer Service sent out new completed games when all I expected was the empty boxes! The customer service from the Uzzle company is superior. Thank you

We are impressed at the quality and size of the game cubes. They are made of plastic and not paper. This makes for a great family game.

We ordered the Uzzle puzzle as a gift for our Grandson. When playing it for the first time with family they noticed one of the blocks were mislabelled. I notified Ellie of the mistake and I must say the service to replace the block has been excellent. Thank you Ellie and the staff at Uzzle for the excellent service. The family love the game!

The responses from the company were always timely and professional. Things happen, but it was nice dealing with a company that was willing to do whatever it took to make it right and make the customer happy. Thank you for your help, especially in these most difficult time.

What a fantastic game for the mind, as well as being so much fun, our family LOVES it!! We have played it a few times since receiving and everyone that has played it nows wants to buy it. We have 2 girls who are 8 and 10 who have also played with there friends which loved it! It is also a great ice breaker in new settings : )

Shipping issues that were out of anyones control delayed receiving our game. Ellie at customer service was helpful throughout keeping me informed and made sure we received our game in time for Christmas. We have all had lots of fun with our game.
