When I couldn't find an order number, she was still able to locate my information. Instead of just replacing the 1 rectangular puzzle piece, she is sending me an entire set of 5. When I found that one of my blocks didn’t have the correct design, I contacted Uzzle through their email and got an immediate response. After sending a video of the block, the response was to replace the block immediately. This game is so much fun for kids and adults, so I am very pleased with their customer support.
