Such a fun game for all ages with great customer service. We were playing with three friends one night and one player never won until we realized one of her blocks had a blank side. We contacted customer service via email the next day (a Saturday), and received a response later that same day. On Sunday, they advised a new game was being sent out to me. Hard to beat that kind of service. Thank you, Uzzle! Yvonne

My grandchildren (4) enjoyed this game so much that they wanted to continue playing it rather than watch a movie or play electronics. There was so much laughter between them. I would definitely recommend this game.

Volunteering at a multicultural elementary school I have observed student playing UZZLE which connects all participants no matter the language!! The children gain confidence when they have completed the puzzle and are very quick to assist those who need to “swap blocks” to also reach victory!

I love these games they are great for all age levels! I purchased an original Uzzle when they first came out. It was supposed to be a gift, but loved it so much my family kept it. This year I purchased two more for Christmas gifts and these families have played them multiple times already. And when one of the pieces in one of the game boxes didn't have its sticker, the company took care of it right away and replaced it. Thank you for sticking behind your product and for creating fun entertainment that's not on a screen!

I purchased this for my 10-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. It's sat in her pile of Christmas gifts until just the other day. I told her go get that new game I bought for you and let's play. She reluctantly said OK. I said how many games you want to play she said three, well we couldn't stop playing. We must've played about 10 or more games . Then her little brother came and we invited him to play. He's six and it was a little bit more challenging for him, but he stuck with it and he actually made a few of the puzzles. I went over there today to my daughter's house and on the kitchen table. She said they played all weekend.

I ordered the set for myself after ordering it for my 3 children's homes for X-mas but mine did not arrive or someone took it. Either way you were wonderful and sent me a set as soon as they were restocked. I thank you so very much! Shipment was swift. I love both games and look forward to paying them for a very long time

Upon using one of two games I had purchased, we found one of the puzzle pieces was missing one of the patterns on one side of the block. I had purchased 2 games in November of 2023 but hadn't used one of the games and didn't know one of the pieces was flawed. I contacted Uzzle the next day and received a response. I gave them the information they requested and I received an immediate answer. I'm not only pleased with the game, but also the customer service has been exceptional. I would greatly recommend purchasing this game to anyone. Contacted Uzzle 2/1/24, response 2/2/24, resolved 2/2/24. Amazing!!

I requested a refund based on the money back guarantee since my 9 yr. old grandson didn’t like it after trying it for a game. I’ve heard nothing back after sending an email to the support team. At 40 plus dollars I’m not happy about this.
