Your customer service is beyond exceptional! I ordered the wrong dame -the expansion one first. Didn’t realize it until we tried to play it Christmas Day with my family Emailed your customer service and with in 24 hours they responded with letting me know they were going to send out the correct game - first one addition with no additional charges. We received two different The Uzzle games for Christmas and learned pretty quick that one of them was missing two cards. I sent a message to the company on a Saturday midday and they responded in a timely manner and by early afternoon the issue was resolved. We already enjoy the games but knowing The Uzzle has excellent customer support makes my outlook of the brand even better!

Purchased the game earlier in the year because that is how I do my Christmas shopping. When playing with family, we realized that one of the dices was missing drawings. Contacted Uzzle this morning to see if they could send me the missing drawings and I would place it on the dice. Instead they are blessing me with an entirely new game. Great customer service support to rectify a problem. Would highly recommend this game to everyone! Thank You!

Enjoyed playing with family while visiting them at Christmas and immediately ordered two boxes for our home. There seemed to be a shipping problem with the carrier, but the Uzzle support team immediately sent out another shipment. Impressive! The package made it in time to play with other family visiting our home now. As a matter of fact, I can hear them playing in another room.

The Uzzle game is really fun for all ages. The Crossico game is challenging in a different way. It is something you can play by yourself if you wNt, otherwise it is 2 player. It isn’t as much fun and fast-paced as Uzzle.
