My experience was wonderful! I saw the ad on Facebook and was happy to see games that are not just educational but fun. It does get them off their tablets!! Bonus! They are affordable and good quality games. Plus not everyone has them. My grandchildren love them and that says it all! Maureen

I have purchased a few Uzzle games. Some for my grandkids. I have played all of them with them and they enjoyed all of them. They even ask me to play them which is nice since they like their ipads way too much.

There was a mix up with my order. I ordered two games and only received one with the special edition box. I smelled customer service. They responded quickly and apologized it was an overbite on their end. They sent me out my missing game and the special edition to complete my order. I received it with in days. The staff is very focused on customer satisfaction.And they are friendly and very informative. There are a series of products is outstanding. The products pretty much sell themselves and their customer interaction is just the cherry on top of the sundae.
