The tea spot will not stand behind their products. They hide behind an excuse, not being returnable, but other online T companies immediately offer a return satisfaction policy. I would have been happy even with a credit for this product, tasted stale, but customer service would have nothing to do with it, even my customer service rep at T Spot said I personally don’t like this either but I’ve learned to drink it

I ordered a pound of Moroccan mint tea from The tea spot . Thinking Im getting a high quality item. I was shocked when I received the product. The tea was practically a sand. mint and green leaves grinded to a sand. Cheap quality. Now Im stuck with a tea I can not brew.

Everything is great about The Tea Spot! Great tea, great experience and great customer service. I have ordered from their website multiple times and have never had any issues with shipping. It’s always been very quick and my packages have always been correct. The tea is of really good quality and I love it, so I keep ordering more, haha.

Great Tea, Great prices, Great website and customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years I exclusively drink tea (about 1/2 gallon a day) and I sometimes buy bottled ice tea, but making my own is both the most cost effective and best quality. I have gotten from local stores and have either gotten ripped off from places like Teavana or lower quality and only slightly cheaper from local stores. The Tea Spot has the second best quality and variety to anywhere I have got (next to Dobra tea) but by far the best value. I subscribe to the the Green and Black tea clubs and use both their seeping mug as well as tea balls, and am always pleasantly surprised by the tea variety. The website is a nice web interface which I think is pretty and easy to use, and if you call their number, you will get a friendly person in under a minute. I wish I could afford to get more Matcha, but theirs is way cheaper than anywhere else for the same quality.

These teas are so much better than the tea bags you buy in the grocery store. They stay fresh for a long time and provide great flavor no matter how long they've been sitting in the jar. I love how many different flavors they have. I've tried about 5 of them and have even given them as gifts!

Tea Spot is now my go to tea supplier. Awesome collection of green teas and other. I ordered several types of green tea and all tasted amazing. I have never been more pleased. Thanks for the service and the selection. Someone there knows something about tea. Love it!

Tea is ok, but they do not list their nutritional values nor does the Customer Service have it. That's highly suspicious, eso from a company that calls itself healthy. Why hide that info?!?!?
