Rapid Resolution Tax Group really helped me out of an eight year tax nightmare! My taxes were filled wrong when I was 13 and I had no idea penalties were being accrued. As I got older and started dealing with the IRS I realized what everybody was talking about "good luck dealing with them!" The IRS said I was to pay over $120,000 back to them are they would garnish my wages. I asked them myself if I could pay the original debt since I was a teenager when it happened, but had no luck, nice! I was frustrated to say the least until I talked to the people here at this fine firm. I first spoke with Ryan and he started the process for the team there to handle my problem. I had known about my IRS problem for a few years, but fear kept me from doing anything. One day my boss told me they received a letter from the IRS and were going to start garnishing my wages. Not knowing what to do, I checked on the internet to see if I could find someone to help me with the problem. I researched many companies and Rapid Resolution was the company I chose after finding no negative feedback about them online and the fact that they had an A+ rating with the BBB. From my first call speaking with Ashley and then Jason, I was relieved to find kind, calm, and helpful staff to walk me through the process of fixing my problem. Jason explained the process of contacting the IRS to get an overview of my tax situation. Much to my surprise, within 15 minutes we were speaking to an IRS person and I found out that I owed a total of $54,000 including penalties and interest. My heart sank. I had no idea how I was going to pay $54,000! Jason kept reassuring me that it would be OK and he explained in detail the process of getting the issue resolved. He explained that they would lift the garnishment and get me a resolution to my problem. Once the ball started rolling, not only were they able to lift the garnishment, but after filling out their questionnaire and going through the process, the IRS accepted a compromise of $6,700. I wanted to commend this company in regards to there excellent service in resolving my tax issues. I originally contacted Rapid Resolution for an $82,000. payroll tax issue. Rapid Resolution prepared and filed all of my missing quarterly tax returns in an extremely prompt manner. They then released all the money that the IRS had taken from my business checking account so I can meet my payroll. From there Rapid Resolution was able to remove all the penalties and interest and then negotiate a payment plan that I could actually afford. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has a tax problem big or small. I would like to thank Ryan, James & Kay for resolving my 7 year problem very quickly. When I found out I owed almost 100 thousand dollars to the IRS my world was turned upside down and didn't know how I was going to continue with my business. I had heard about Rapid Resolution on the Mike Gallagher radio show so I decided to give them a call. I was to say the least a bit hesitant when Hunter Otis started asking me questions about what happened and how I fell behind he explained how we were going to call the IRS immediately and find out the source of my problem. To my amazement within 10 minutes we were talking with an IRS agent who gave us a complete break down and showed us where the problem was.After that call with the IRS he explained the steps he would take to fix the problem. He kept telling me to take a deep breath and that he was going to fix my problem. I took a leap of faith and hired them. And I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have made. This company claims to really help people with tax issues. The web site looks legitimate and it's a BBB accredited business, but it took me just one encounter to figure their claims are far from reality. I talked to a representative. He used phrases like "don't worry, we'll get you out", that suggests a guarantee, which no lawyer can promise when dealing with the IRS. I kept probing for how much the service would cost me, and just never got the answer. As I found from the FTB site, these sort of promises and non disclosure with regard to fees, are to be on the look out for. I called a few CPA firms, described my situation, was told that there is no way I could qualify for a tax relief in my situation and to beware empty promises. Finally, the guy kept e-mailing me saying that he will "call me in a bit", "call me in a few", "call me in 20 minutes." He never called back. When I e-mailed him stating not to bother and that I no longer wish to do business with him, he sent back a mean and sarcastic reply "good luck with the IRS!" So much for "rapid" solution, -rather waste of time and potentially a waste of money. Beware!

I can not believe my God's mercy when I needed help for a problem from Florida,he answered in CA.Second time I unashamedly asked again after 2 years , he got on the phone , remembered me and helped me again.This time I did ask him his last name and the name of the company he worked for.He is the owner of the company called Rapid Resolutions Tax Group.I could not believe that people like him exist in this world.Who do not ask why you are bothering them , help without your begging .That is called class.Go to him if you want humanity in this dog eat dog world that we live in.I can assure you he will never disappoint you .My name is Asma Shaikh Malik kissimmee fl
