I don't know why people are saying this company took their money and did nothing for them.I paid them in Jan. It is now 6/6 and guess who called me today.Rapid resolution called and told me the IRS had posted. They spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me discussing what would be the best course. I call Rapid Resolution in a panic after I found out from my HR department my paycheck was being garnished. I Spoke with Matt we contacted the IRS together and found out I owed over $25,000.00 Matt assured me that he could get my garnishment lifted and get me a resolution to my tax problem.
