They are thieves. The 5 star reviews are bought and paid for by the company (I can spot this a mile away due to my career background). Beware. I haven’t used the service but I did browse their website, making me eligible to post this. At least I wasn’t paid for it :)

We paid them $5,000.00 to represent us and never heard a single thing. They did absolutely nothing but steal our hard earned money, making what the IRS did to us cost $5000 more. No phone calls, NO communication whatsoever. If you have $5000 to throw away...go for it. But I have NEVER had a company leave such a bad taste in my mouth before.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Paid them three years ago. “ No problem” “Should only take a few months”. Took two years to get an offer in. I had to hound them over and over to just get a call back or any sort of communication. I sent the offer in to the IRS with the initial payment. Only to be refused because the paper work was not in order. New liens on me, zero communication they seem to pray on those who already in a financial hardship. I will review over and over, I will contact every endorsement they have over and over. This company needs to held accountable and should be shut down

Horrible service. Oct. 26, 2018 paid $2500.00. Nothing has been done. Said I could pay $100.00 a month and IRS did not accept. A HUGE SCAM!

I don't know why people are saying this company took their money and did nothing for them.I paid them in Jan. It is now 6/6 and guess who called me today.Rapid resolution called and told me the IRS had posted. They spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me discussing what would be the best course. I would be willing to bet I will be posting more great reviews for this company in the near future. Thank You Rapid Resolution. Thank You Mathew and Jan.

This company took $3000.00 from my mom had us submit a ton of paperwork and shortly after stopped returning calls, replying, etc. Ironically we are looking at legal action.

I call Rapid Resolution in a panic after I found out from my HR department my paycheck was being garnished. I Spoke with Matt we contacted the IRS together and found out I owed over $25,000.00 Matt assured me that he could get my garnishment lifted and get me a resolution to my tax problem. I took a leap of faith and hired Rapid resolution to help me. Not only did they get me garnishment lifted quickly but I just found out that My offer and Compromise was accepted for $981.00 Do yourself a favor if you have a tax problem and LET THESE GUYS HELP YOU.
