They are thieves. The 5 star reviews are bought and paid for by the company (I can spot this a mile away due to my career background). Beware. I haven’t used the service but I did browse their website, making me eligible to post this. At least I wasn’t paid for it :)

We paid them $5,000.00 to represent us and never heard a single thing. They did absolutely nothing but steal our hard earned money, making what the IRS did to us cost $5000 more. No phone calls, NO communication whatsoever. If you have $5000 to throw away...go for it. But I have NEVER had a company leave such a bad taste in my mouth before.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Paid them three years ago. “ No problem” “Should only take a few months”. Took two years to get an offer in. I had to hound them over and over to just get a call back or any sort of communication. I sent the offer in to the IRS with the initial payment. Only to be refused because the paper work was not in order. New liens on me, zero communication they seem to pray on those who already in a financial hardship. I will review over and over, I will contact every endorsement they have over and over. This company needs to held accountable and should be shut down

Horrible service. Oct. 26, 2018 paid $2500.00. Nothing has been done. Said I could pay $100.00 a month and IRS did not accept. A HUGE SCAM!

This company took $3000.00 from my mom had us submit a ton of paperwork and shortly after stopped returning calls, replying, etc. Ironically we are looking at legal action.

This company claims to really help people with tax issues. The web site looks legitimate and it's a BBB accredited business, but it took me just one encounter to figure their claims are far from reality. I talked to a representative. He used phrases like "don't worry, we'll get you out", that suggests a guarantee, which no lawyer can promise when dealing with the IRS. I kept probing for how much the service would cost me, and just never got the answer. As I found from the FTB site, these sort of promises and non disclosure with regard to fees, are to be on the look out for. I called a few CPA firms, described my situation, was told that there is no way I could qualify for a tax relief in my situation and to beware empty promises. Finally, the guy kept e-mailing me saying that he will "call me in a bit", "call me in a few", "call me in 20 minutes." He never called back. When I e-mailed him stating not to bother and that I no longer wish to do business with him, he sent back a mean and sarcastic reply "good luck with the IRS!" So much for "rapid" solution, -rather waste of time and potentially a waste of money. Beware!
