Extremely grateful to have found the Stash Shack. Their excellent policies and staff are really nice. Click on the "about us" tab to meet the owners. It helps make the positive experience that much better AND personal. Thank you so much for your fine company, speedy shipping, good Karma. Let's not forget the package itself. Protected my purchase really well. It just doesn't get any better!

Response from The Stash ShackApr 14, 2020
Hi Johnathon. Sorry that the order took so long but our supplier and us are working with limited resources during this situation. Once everything returns to normal we will be able to provide our normal shipping times. Sorry for the inconvenience.

After notifying them that my product was defective, they wasted no time shipping a new one which is working perfectly! I'm a happy customer now that will definitely do business with them again.

This was my first time ordering from The Stash Shack prompted by their great pricing and free shipping. The order was received promptly but the incorrect color was sent in error. I emailed to make them aware of the problem and they very quickly shipped me the correct color at their expense, telling me to keep the originally shipped incorrect item as a back-up. The Stash Shack's commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding and they will continue to be my "Go to" source for vaping supplies! Thanks!!
