The team is very professional, finished the work on time with quality and the price is reasonable

Horrible experience, they don’t deliver on time, don’t answer calls. And when I told them it was an urgent document they said they will deliver the same day, it has been 4 days now… Horrible and don’t recommend

I started with this company back in 2019 when I needed some documents being translated for immigration purposes. I was really impressed how fast I got it done, and the price couldn't be compared with others companies. Since then, I am still using the same company up to now for any translation service (immigration or education). Other than the price, the content being translated is well accurate and never got rejected. Thank you guys and keep up the good work 👏 !!!

Not recommended at all Requested a certified translation, the website indicated it should be ready in 2 business days. After I submit it I shortly receive a message that I have to cover an outstanding balance as the document counts as 2 pages. No problem, I understand so I promptly make my payment. After the delivery day I still haven't received my document, so I email them to check the delivery status and if there is any trouble. I get no reply so I email again half a day later, and they finally send the translated document. However, there are a few mistakes in the translation (roughly 3 words). Since this is an official document it has to be 100% correct, so I request a correction as soon as possible. They shortly reply that they will check it and tell me when it's ready. A day passes and I receive no update, so I email them again. They reply they will check again and contact me later. Another day and still no reply. I has been 4 days since I requested the translation, and I really need to submit the translated document this week. It is really disappointing that they fail to deliver on promised times.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU LIVE IN SPAIN! It is not an approved entity in Spain, they are using translators and notaries in US so it's a complete waste of money and a SCAM as they even up-sell you on more services, promising it will be approved when I mentioned it was for legal purposes in Spain! The police here would absolutely not approve the documents with the US translator and notary. EDIT- they promised a refund, issued it and then a couple of days later (after asking me to remove this review) pulled the money again! Absolutely terrible how they scam and try to trick their customers!

I needed an expedite request for a document translation. I received that and great customer service. Thank You!

The second REVIEW after a bad review left on here..The Company refunded me for the translations which were useless..thank you for that, however it is sad that one week was lost and many calls and e mails to receive this refund .

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SUBMITTING AND PAYING TEN MUCHO CUIDADO AL INGRESAR TU PEDIDO Y PAGAR My document was smaller than an A4 size. It's a copy of a handbook document. After making the request of the translation and paying they sent me an email asking for another payment because it was "two pages" After several emails between us. Asking for a refund that's why they said Hello Linda, The website does not work as a quotation tool, we do offer a free service quotation on the website, you can request that before placing an order. We are unable to cancel your order, you can check our policies here: (WEBSITE) So.. they might charge you the double amount you submit and never refund.
