SUPER impressed with this company. I have used them twice recently for important documents I needed translated from English (USA) to Spanish (Cuba) for submission to the Cuban Embassy in Washington, DC. They are responsive, organized, efficient, and fast. They offer notary services as well, which was very helpful. I had the translations reviewed by a third party and they were perfect. I will continue to use them.

Una mala experiencia, no te dejan cancelar el pedido. mas de 1 horas pendiente para atender tu llamada y al final dicen que tienen un problema. Dicen que están 24/7 pero no es verdad. No hay en ninguna parte del sitio opción de cancelar el servicio. CUIDADO!!!! NO ES UNA EMPRESA ESPAÑOLA Y SI DE CALIFORNIA. TEN CUIDADO CON EL TIPO DE CERTIFICADO QUE NECESITAS. MEJOR BUSCAR UNA EMPRESA EN ESPAÑA.

Everyone BEWARE, this company is simply the worst you could encounter. After I submitted 5 PDF pages and paid the fees, they emailed me stating that the 5 pages are considered 17 pages and that I should pay the difference, a total rip-off. One page is ONE page, you can't say this one page according to our stupid policy is 3 or 4 pages, that is simply a SCAM. I wish I had seen the reviews here before I paid for their service. Now I filed a dispute since they are refusing to cancel my order.

I 100% recommend this company , I was so worried because I had to get a document translated for an urgent matter and the Spanish group was so fast and great to work with. Not only the were they super professional but had such a fast turn around.I was also surprised at how affordable they are. I will be using this company for any translating needs in the future!

I needed one translation which they provided with a mistake. The office I presented it to, did not accept it. I asked for a reimbursement promptly, but I did not receive a clear answer. I received a corrected version of the translation more than a month later, and the reimbursement denied. Bad experience ***Update*** The customer service agreed to reimburse me. Very kind persons. They cannot rely on the customer service to recuperate bad choices of the other operators.
