I placed a review in the wrong category. I called them immediately to cancel it or upgrade it. They tried charging me extra to notarize my documents, but all documents were apostilled which means they were all already notarized. They attempted to charge me 682 to translate 13 pages of school records in addition to the 300 they already stole from me. I'm still working on getting a refund.

Took my money, based on the word count and documents I uploaded which they reviewed. Then reply from another email saying I need a notary since they reviewed it. I paid it. Another email said they didn't have any documentation , please upload again. I upload and they say its an extra 700 usd! For 6 pages ! I already oaid for the 6 pages . Its madness . Asked for a refund , says its hidden fees and charges whe i already paid . No response from them. A scam

DO NOT USE THEM FOR IRCC - CANADA They are not a Canada-based translation provider, and I would strongly advise against using them for Canadian immigration or any official documents. The issue is that their process often does not meet Canadian certification standards, which can lead to documents being rejected by Canadian authorities or requiring re-translation later. They use an ATA style certified/notarized translation format, which is not accepted by Canadian authorities, and their translation work is poor.

They gave me a seem less quote that aligned with the expectations afterwards, I contacted 6 different companies and they replied instantly and professionally. They made sure everything was to my liking before proceeding and confirmed afterwards that the process was good for me.

SCAM!! UPSELL TRAP! I paid for a simple document with only 24 words to be translated from Greek to English. $56.28 for urgent translation + $17.99 for notarization. Then they email me several times to request me paying more and more: "The order you submitted has a total of 2 pages and we only received payment for 1 page." >> +$87.68 I reject and they reply: "Would you ne interested on downgrading your order to standard delivery so that we can adjust the pricing and avoid having to pay any additional fees?" I accept and then they reply asking for more money!!!: "The order you submitted has a total of 2 pages and in line with the policies required upon checkout the outstanding balance for your order would be $13.7 Please be informed that the price for certified translation is $34.99" Don't fall into this upsell trap

Do NOT choose this company. While they do deliver the service, their business practices are extremely misleading and feel borderline like a scam. They operate multiple versions of their website in different languages, making it appear as though you’re dealing with a local provider—but the pricing is actually charged in USD. I attempted to cancel my order literally within one minute of placing it, as soon as I noticed the currency issue. They refused. Their explanation was that a translator had already been assigned—within minutes—which seems highly questionable. This appears to be a standard excuse, because they will not cancel orders under any circumstances. Instead of honoring a cancellation request, they offered a discount, putting me in a position where I felt forced to accept since they made it clear a refund was not an option. It feels like once you place an order, you are completely locked in with no way out. I requested a very simple service, everything was delivered OK in that case, but I wouldn't choose this company again because to me it seems they are sketchy Be very cautious before using this service.

Outstanding customer service and support. Strongly recommended! I made a mistake when I provided spelling of one of the names. It was corrected in 5 minutes after my phone call with no extra charge. Thank you. 🙏

I highly recommend The Spanish Group for your translations; they are fast, welcoming, very responsive, and respectful.
