The KEY I was sent did not get accepted on the website mentioned, so I contacted support and they suggested I use 'Phone Activation' as many had success doing that. everything went as it should and I got Office Pro Plus 2021 activated and it works as designed. So glad I chose these guys and what a great price.

Had a bit of difficulty with the activation but by using the telephone option all fine. Really good value and the support is very helpful. I would recommend it

Purchased Microsoft office key and downloaded the programme. Had a bit of difficulty with the activation but by using the telephone option all fine. Really good value and the support is very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone with a bit of computer knowledge.

Alright so i initially thought it was a scam because the key I received didn't worked on Microsoft website, so I requested a chargeback from my bank and I got my money back. However their support ended up replying afterwards telling me to activate the key via phone and it works. Apparently these keys will not work on Microsoft website so beware of this. They should put a warning on their website about this and also offer a refund policy. Anyway I sent them another email now to provide me with infos on how to pay for the key since I activated it and also got the money refunded. They really have to put a WARNING on their website so people know they have to be PHONE ACTIVATED.

I would have given no star if possible this is the worst service I have seen the support tickets don't get answered the email address just bounce back as "not known" the so called good reviews ! Obviously fake paid for product key not arrived like "good" reviews say immediately joke service don't use stay clear although only small amount they are still making money off people also you will have to get your bank to stop the REOCCURRING PAYMENTS they set up big scam artists avoid avoid avoid

Fake, the product keys never arrive and you receive no response when to try to contact them. Also, checking their website and most of the links dont work, Avoid!!

I purchased a product key, which was sent promptly, but did not work, email address for support does not work, I have lost my money, and no way of resolving my issue, it must be a scam

DO NOT EVER buy from this ‘company.’ Absolute scam. I repeatedly asked for my money back after they failed to send me a product key for Microsoft Office for over a month. Eventually I had to approach my bank and report it as a scam. Utterly pathetic and unacceptable, massively unprofessional company and they can all get in the bin.
