Purchased MS Office pro 2021. No email received but soon after the payment got the key on the payment screen itself. Web activation denied but phone activation Successful. Installed yesterday.

Purchased this and received the product key immediately. However had issues with the activation so i contacted The Software Hub and they advised activating it via telephone direct with Microsoft and sent the actual download file. It did take a while to activate via the phone but it did work via this method and i have been happily using the software for the last 2 months without issue. 4* because of the minor inconvenience of phone activation.

Had to ask for help after getting order confirmation. Then had further guidance and got it set up and working today. Fantastic price and access to industry standard software. Including Outlook for email. Thank you very much.

As others have said thought it was maybe a scam, however I received what I purchased at a reasonable price.

The first activation code did not work but after a few emails back and forth i now have Microsoft Office working on my laptop.

I originally thought this was a scam as i received no email confirmation etc of my purchase. Whilst i never did receive anything support did email me two days later with all the details needed and instructions and i now have Office professional 21 installed. Whilst their original contact is slow and installation can be a little tricky they did provide what i had paid for so i deleted my original review. ALLOW THEM TIME TO CONTACT AS IN DIIFERENT TIME ZONE

There are some very mixed reviews which made me a little nervous, I did have some issues with the download link but found the team to be very responsive (their is a time zone difference so the first contact was a little delayed). They kept suggesting various options and eventually I was up and rolling for the bargain price of £8.99.

Amazing value for Office 2021 Professional. Received product key straight away. I did have a problem accessing the link to download the software but a quick email exchange sorted it. Great to be able to liaise with a friendly human given Chat wouldn't have worked for this query. Will also buy for other PCs.
