Brilliant customer service and great covers! Can recommend the waterproof one. Very comfortable too.

Took over 4 weeks to arrive, but not to bothered by that id guess from china. Tried to get it fitted so it looked smart, gave up. Also the foam bits that push behind cushions just pop out with in a day. Not impressed to be honest and will not buy from this company again.

The cover is as advertised. Very stretchy and colour as shown. Nice velvety fabric. Perhaps needed more tapes to keep it in place (which I have added). Good delivery time. Thank you.

I bought a cover, it's cheap quality and the colour is different to the website. They are not responding to email requests to return and exchange the item.

I contacted this company to ask whether the covers would fit chesterfield sofas and as requested I sent a photo of the sofas. I was advised that the covers would fit so went head and ordered 2 covers. I waited for over 2 weeks for the covers to arrive; the following day I spent over 3 hours trying to fit one of them without success. I immediately contacted the company requesting the details of how to return te goods s there was no paperwork at all enclosed in the package. The company responded by advising me to watch the video of the fitting instructions. I responded saying that I had and that I wished to return the goods which did not fit and which I thought were unlikely to be waterproof as claimed. I was then offered a discount of 35% to keep or sell on the goods which I refused and again asked for details of how to return the covers. This was not forthcoming so I contacted the company to tell them that in view of their obstructiveness I was seeking to claim the money back via my bank. That was over 2 months ago and nothing so no doubt I will be continuing my dispute with this compny and no doubt my bank who said they would update me in 25 days. If I could rate this compny as zero I would - DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Not usable Smaller than expected didn't fit armchair or sofa too much hassle to send back
