Nice sofa cover but a little slow with delivery

The cover is great but you may want to consider who you use for delivery This is the second order that was delivered to the wrong place and was nearly lost. It was only after fighting with the delivery crew pant that they went Ba k to wherever they delivered it a retrieved it

Looks good when the cover is on, but once you sit on it all the foam tubes pop out and I have to rearrange it every time.

I wanted to return the items. They were good quality but not suitable. I had read it was 100% money back guarantee. I had no idea I would be returning them to France and that it would cost so much. Communication was prompt and friendly.

When my one sofa cover did not fit my sofa, despite taking correct measurements, the Sofa Cover House did not hesitate to send me a replacement. Their customer service was amazing and it was such a pleasure dealing with them.

Poor product. I bought a 2 seater and a 3 seater settee cover and they just didn’t fit. Even tried the 3 seater cover on the 2 seater settee but the polystyrene rods designed to hold the covers in place just popped out the minute I sat on the settee. Also cost me £19 to return the covers to France. Thankfully they were fully refunded, contrary to many people’s experience but I did return inside the 14 day period. Overall an impressive website is used to sell a very poor product. Don’t bother.

Lovely sofa cover & very easy to fit! Wrong colour came at first but customer service was excellent and a new cover was sent out straight away. Will definitely be using them again. 10/10
