The large white orchid is beautiful. Unfortunately it was damaged during shipment. The Sill was nice about it but recommended that I cut the broken stem with no offset of price or offer to replace. A little disappointed to lose 1/4 of the blooms.

I love my new Rattle Snake plant. Very colorful. I love the print and then the red on the back of the leaves. Beautiful plant.

I received my order but the box was smashed and my pot for the olive tree was broken.

The item was shipped quickly and looked like a healthy tree.

I received a monstera plant that was likely just wrecked by the cold. But as soon as I reached out to customer service to tell them of the state of the plant I had received, they responded promptly and kindly. They said they would send out a replacement the next day and did so. It was delayed due to the Holidays but we received our plant and it was in much better shape this go around. We overall very satisfied with the service provided.

The plant is beautiful and in good condition. Communication regarding shipping was good and accurate regarding arrival date. This was a gift to a friend, and the gift note was not included.
