Timely response to my inquiry.

Plants are what I expected. So far living in living room well. My only problem was the one planter arrrived broken. The replacement arrived broken. I’m sure this happened with the delivery service and not Sill.

We had a wonderful experience with The Sill. Our bush arrived beautiful, and very well packaged. We had some confusion about the information on the tag that came on our plant, but customer service quickly and kindly clarified the information! We would definitely recommend, and will absolutely be ordering from them again!

I appears my previous review was removed, so I am now responding again. I ordered this peony for my mother for Mother's Day because it's one of her favorites. Shipping was fast and it arrived on time, however there was a lot of dirt that spilled out when opened. The plant itself was healthy but it had broken stems and zero buds/blooms. There was also no instructions on care or transplanting etc. so she didn't even know what kind of peony it was. Luckily my mom already knows what to do and planted it just fine but no flowers to enjoy this year. Hopefully next season it will at least have flowers she can enjoy. I would not purchase again, considering the price paid. Especially when my previous review was removed. I know they saw it because they sent me a follow up email asking about the condition of the plant to which I responded and I never heard back. Just overall not impressed.
